摘要
顶管施工对既有线路扰动小,是目前市政工程近接施工的首选方法。为保证既有轨道线路的安全运营,以武汉市某顶管穿越下覆地铁线路工程为例,针对施工中出现的问题和技术难点,重点阐述了顶管施工的工艺流程及关键技术,并对顶力作了验算。结果表明:顶管施工具有干扰小、施工速度快、安全可控的优点,研究可为同类工程提供经验总结。
Pipe jacking construction has little disturbance to the existing line,which is the preferred method for proximity construction of municipal engineering at present.In order to ensure the safe operation of the existing track line,taking a pipe jacking crossing the overlying subway line project in Wuhan as an example,aiming at the problems and technical difficulties in construction,this paper focuses on the process flow and key technology of pipe jacking construction,and checks the jacking force.The results show that pipe jacking construction has the advantages of small interference,fast construction speed,safety and controllability.The study can provide experience and reference for similar projects.
