摘要
目的:调查郑州市白领人群肩周炎患病情况,为预防和缓解白领人群肩周炎疾病提供相关依据。方法:选取郑州市2020年1月~2020年12月市内白领人群为对象,采用分层抽样法,调查白领一般人口学资料及肩周炎患病情况,并对患病因素进行回归分析。结果:本次研究对象共407人,有效问卷330份,患有肩周炎者192例,患病比例为58.18%。经过多因素Logistic回归发现,白领人群的工龄、案前工作时长、案桌与座椅高度是否适宜、每周运动次数、工作繁忙程度均为患有肩周炎的显著影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:郑州市白领人群肩周炎患病情况较为严重,与超强的工作强度、工作时间、长期不正确的座位姿势及严重不足的运动量有关,公司应该加强健康宣传和引导,采取针对性干预措施。
Objective:To investigate the prevalence of scapulohumeral periarthritis in white-collar crowd in Zhengzhou,and provide relevant evidence for the prevention and relief of scapulohumeral periarthritis in white-collar crowd.Methods:The white-collar crowd in Zhengzhou from January 2020 to December 2020 was selected as the object,the stratified sampling method was used to investigate the general demographic data and the prevalence of scapulohumeral periarthritis of white-collar crowd,and the regression analysis was performed on the prevalence factors.Results:In this study,there were 407 people and 330 valid questionnaires,including 192 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis,and the prevalence rate was 58.18%.After multi-factor Logistic regression,it was found that the working age of white-collar crowd,the working hours before the case,whether the desk and seat height were appropriate,the number of exercises per week,and the degree of busyness at work were all significant influencing factors of periarthritis of shoulder(P<0.05).Conclusion:The incidence of scapulohumeral periarthritis in a white-collar crowd in Zhengzhou is more serious,which is related to the super intensity of work,working hours,long-term incorrect seat posture and seriously insufficient amount of exercise.The company should strengthen health publicity and guidance,and take targeted intervention measures.
