摘要
Q355D是一种低合金高强度结构钢,广泛应用于桥梁、车辆、船舶、建筑、压力容器、特种设备等。由于该材质的使用温度可低至-20℃,目前部分替代了国外S355J2型号钢材在绿色能源技术装备构架中的应用,不仅满足该类装备当下工况的质量要求,同时具有更好的经济效益。对其进行焊接工艺研究,为绿色能源装备构架焊接质量和工艺的研究提供技术支撑。
Q355 D steel is a kind of low alloy high strength structural steel, which is widely used in bridges, vehicles, ships, buildings, pressure vessels, special equipment, etc. Because the service temperature of the material can be as low as-20 ℃, it partially replaces the application of foreign S355 J2 steel in the framework of green energy technology equipment, which not only meets the quality requirements of the current working conditions of the equipment, but also has better economic benefits.The welding process was studied to provide technical support for the research of welding quality and process in the framework of green energy technology equipment.
