摘要
为了解不同路面类型对履带式矿用挖装机的负重轮在转向过程中受载情况的影响,利用多体动力学软件RecurDyn对履带式矿用挖装机在不同路面类型下的单边转向作业进行仿真,着重分析软硬2种不同路面类型对各负重轮所受垂向和横向载荷的影响。结果表明:路面类型对负重轮2个方向的载荷分布都有很大影响,其中制动侧2#、4#两轮和驱动侧4#、5#两轮所受横向均载荷较小,建议可将受较大横向平均载荷与受较小横向平均载荷的负重轮调换使用以延长负重轮使用寿命。此外,通过研究转向运动过程中负重轮的受载变化情况,也有助于履带式矿用挖装机的设计与维护。
In order to understand the influence of different road types on the load of the load-bearing wheel of the crawler mining excavator in the steering process, the multi-body dynamics software RecurDyn was used to simulate the unilateral steering operation of the crawler mining excavator in different road types, focusing on the analysis of the influence of two different road types on the vertical and transverse loads of the load-bearing wheel. The results show that the road type has a great influence on the load distribution in both directions of the load-bearing wheel, and the transverse load of the brake side 2#and 4#wheels and the drive side 4#and 5#wheels are smaller. It is suggested that the load-bearing wheel with larger transverse load sharing and that with smaller transverse load sharing can be replaced to prolong the service life of the load-bearing wheel. In addition, it is helpful to design and maintain the crawler mining loader by studying the load change of the load-bearing wheel during the steering movement.
