摘要
目的:探讨情景模拟教学与引导性反馈在妇科男护生临床实习中的应用效果。方法:选取76名男护生为研究对象,按照实习时间分为两组,其中实验组39人,对照组37人。对照组采用传统带教方法与直接反馈,实验组采用情景模拟教学法与引导性反馈。对比两组男护生的考核成绩及主观学习感受总体满意度。结果:实验组男护生的考核成绩及主观学习感受总体满意度均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:情景模拟教学与引导性反馈在妇科男护生临床实习中能够提高教学质量。
Objective:To explore the application effect of scenario simulation teaching and guided feedback in the clinical practice of gynecological male nursing students.Methods:76 gynecological male nursing students were selected as experimental subjects.They were divided into the traditional teaching group(control group,from July 2016 to June 2017,37 male students)and scenario simulation teaching group(experimental group,from July 2017 to June 2018,39 male students).The control group adopted the traditional teaching and direct feedback,while the experimental group carried out the scenario simulation teaching and guided feedback based on the traditional teaching method.Theoretical and skill assessments,questionnaires for subjective learning experiences were issued at the end stage of gynecological clinical placement.The assessment results and satisfaction:for subjective learning experience of the two groups were compared.Results:The assessment results and overall satisfaction of subjective learning experience of male nursing students in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Scenario simulation teaching and guiding feedback can improve the teaching quality during the clinical practice of gynecological male nursing students.
