摘要
为了辅助小微企业合理调控收支配比,规避因管理结构以及职能范围引发的财务管控风险,采用SWOT法分析了小微企业财务管理的现状。针对其规模小、资金少、员工少的特点,选择开源数据库实现信息存储,基于SSH框架设计了简洁的“服务层—逻辑层—展示层”三层体系架构。在MVC模式的基础上实现了系统登录管理、收支管理、工资管理以及统计分析、数据容灾备份等功能,通过角色划分控制系统权限完成财务管理各业务流程的管控。经过功能测试与性能压力测试,系统稳定可靠,响应迅速,实现了小微企业的财务收支信息化管理。
In order to assist small and micro enterprises to have a reasonable ratio in regulating the balance of payments,avoid the financial risks resulted by the management structure and function range,this paper uses SWOT method to analyze the present situation of small and micro enterprise,financial management,aiming at the characteristics of small scale,less money,fewer employees,to choose open source database information storage.Based on SSH framework,we design a concise system with“services layer-logic layer-display layer”architecture.On the basis of the MVC pattern it realizes the login management,payment management,salary management and statistical analysis,data disaster tolerance,and other functions.The control system is divided by role permissions to complete the financial management of each business process control.After the function test and performance pressure test,the system is stable and reliable,the response is rapid,and the financial income and expenditure information management of small and micro enterprises is realized.
