摘要
师范技能大赛不仅考验师范生追求卓越教学的能力,也凸显了师范人才培养中的问题。师范生存在职业规划不明确和专业认同度低、专业知识和能力不足、教育技术能力欠缺和教姿教态不规范的问题。指导教师则面临作为教师教育者的多重角色专业困境,既要成为学科和学科教学知识的专业研究者、课堂教学的优秀示范者,又要成为教学实践的反思促进者以及具有共情能力的沟通者。职前教师教育要以加强师范生和教师教育者的专业性为改革前提,进行职业规划和专业认同教育,构建基于师范生成长规律的课程体系,开展基于深度学习的课堂教学改革,并强化师范生实践教学技能,同时也要重视教师教育者的专业发展建设。
Teaching skills competition not only tests the students"ability to pursue excellent teaching but also highlights the problems in talent cultivation.There are some problems in normal university students,such as unclear career planning,low degree of professional recognition,lack of professional knowledge and ability,lack of education technology ability and non-standard teaching attitudes.The instructor is faced with the dilemma of multiple roles as the teacher educator,who should not only be the professional researcher of the subject and its teaching knowledge,the excellent demonstrator of classroom teaching,but also the reflection pro-moter of teaching practice and the communicator with empathy ability.Pre-service teacher education should be based on the premise of strengthening the professionalism of normal university students and teacher educators to carry out career planning and professional identity education,to construct curriculum system based on the growth law of normal university students,to carry out classroom teaching reform based on deep learning and strengthen the practical teaching skills of normal university students,and to pay attention to the construction of professional development of teacher educators.
