摘要
党的十九大以来,党和政府日益重视现代供应链发展,“发展现代供应链”成为国家战略。与此同时,作为国民经济的支柱产业之一,房地产行业处于由规模红利、土地红利、人口红利向管理红利转型发展的历史时期。在此背景下,文章重点研究了房地产供应链内涵以及房地产供应链体系构建方案,以期增强供应链节点企业间的合作黏性,形成合力,共同推动行业转型升级发展。文章首先提出了房地产供应链的定义,分析了房地产供应链的节点成员组成、结构模型、特征,在此基础上,提出了基于房地产开发企业视角的供应链体系构建方案。
Since the 19th CPC National Congress,the CPC and the Chinese government have been paying more and more attention to the development of modern supply chain,and developing modern supply chain has become a national strategy.Meanwhile,as one of the pillar industries of the national economy,the real estate industry is in a historical period of transformation and development from scale dividend,land dividend and demographic dividend to management dividend.Under this background,this paper focuses on the connotation of the real estate supply chain and the construction scheme of the real estate supply chain system in order to enhance the stickiness of cooperation between the enterprises at the node of the supply chain and form a joint force to promote the transformation and upgrading of the industry.This paper puts forward the definition of real estate supply chain,analyzes the node member composition,structure model and characteristics of real estate supply chain,and on this basis,proposes a supply chain system construction scheme from the perspective of real estate development enterprises.
