摘要
某高压井口装置平板阀表面发生开裂,通过宏观观察、化学成分分析、拉伸试验、金相检验以及扫描电镜分析等方法,分析了平板阀开裂的原因。结果表明:平板阀敷焊层材料硬度高、韧性差,敷焊层与基体界面处存在分层和气孔,服役过程中阀门承受振动载荷,导致气孔处产生裂纹,以后裂纹扩展直至穿透整个敷焊层而开裂。
Crack occurred on the surface of flat valve of a high-pressure inlet device.The causes of flat valve crack were analyzed through macroscopic observation,chemical composition analysis,tensile test,metallographic inspection and scanning electron microscopy analysis.The results showed that welding layer of flat valve had high hardness and poor toughness,and there were delamination and pores at interface between welding layer and substrate.The valve was subjected to vibration load during service,resulting in crack at the pores.After that,the crack propagated until it penetrated the entire welding layer and cracked.
