摘要
恶性肿瘤严重威胁着人类的身心健康,深入研究其发生机制及寻找特异性肿瘤标志物对肿瘤的早期发现、诊治及预后评估至关重要。E盒结合锌指蛋白1(zinc finger E-box binding homeobox 1,ZEB1)在多种恶性肿瘤中异常表达且通过多种机制促进肿瘤细胞的侵袭及转移。同时,抑癌基因肝激酶B1(liver kinase B1 gene,LKB1)的突变和失调发生在大多数类型的肿瘤中。此外,ZEB1是LKB1丢失介导的上皮—间充质转化的重要介体,两者共同参与肿瘤的发生。本文就ZEB1、LKB1及两者的相关性,以及它们与恶性肿瘤的关系进行综述。
Tumor is a threat to people’s physical and mental health.In-depth study of its mechanisms and the exploration for specific tumor markers are very important for early detection,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis evaluation of tumors.Zinc finger E-box binding homeobox 1(ZEB1)is abnormally expressed in cancers and promotes cancer invasion and metas-tasis through multiple mechanisms.Mutations and disorders of liver kinase B1(LKB1)occur in most types of tumors.In ad-dition,ZEB1 is an important mediator of epithelial-mesenchymal transition induced by LKB1 loss.Both ZEB1 and LKB1 are involved in tumorigenesis.This article reviews ZEB1,LKB1 and their correlation,as well as their relationship to malignant tumors.
