摘要
目的:在永久性起搏器植入术患者的早期功能锻炼中行视频、情景式标准化健康教育干预的效果。方法:选择2020年1月—2020年12月,收治的120例接受永久性起搏器植入术治疗的患者作为研究对象,并分为观察组和对照组,各60例,分别实施视频联合情景式标准化健康教育干预和常规标准化健康教育干预。结果:对比两组患者及家属的满意度,与对照组相对比,观察组总满意率更高,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:将视频联合情景式标准化健康教育干预模式应用在接受永久性起搏器植入术患者的早期功能锻炼中,能保障其各项功能锻炼动作的正确度、有效度,可有效促进患者的术后康复速度,提升其整体的诊疗效果。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of video and situational standardized health education intervention in the early functional exercise of patients undergoing permanent pacemaker implantation. Methods: 120 cases of patients receiving permanent pacemaker implantation from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects, and divided into observation group and control group, 60 cases in each, to implement video combined situational standardized health education intervention and routine standardized health education intervention respectively. Results:Compared with the control group, the total satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher, with statistical difference(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of video combined with situational standardized health education intervention mode in the early functional exercise of patients undergoing permanent pacemaker implantation can ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of various functional exercise movements, effectively promote the postoperative recovery speed of patients, and improve the overall effect of diagnosis and treatment.
