炮口阻拦装置设计与脱壳过程数值模拟

摘要 为了实现弹托与弹丸在炮口处的快速分离,设计了一种平衡炮炮口阻拦装置,该装置采用了剪切螺栓和阻拦环的方式,有效避免弹托冲击对阻拦装置和炮管造成的损坏。应用该装置进行了320 mm平衡炮低速加载试验,并利用Autodyn软件对脱壳过程进行数值模拟研究。数值模拟与试验结果的对比分析,验证了数值模拟的准确性。探讨了该炮口阻拦装置用于弹托分离试验的可行性,采用该软件模拟了不同初始速度下炮口阻拦装置的工作性能。结果表明:当速度为100~150 m/s时,弹托分离效果较好;该炮口阻拦装置设计合理,弹托分离效果理想;可根据初速设计合理的阻拦装置,为相关研究提供理论参考。 To make the sabot quickly separate from the projectile in the muzzle,a kind of Davis gun muzzle blocking device was designed to block the cartridge.The way of shearing bolt and blocking ring was adopted to avoid the damage to the blocking device and barrel caused by impact.The device was applied to the low-speed loading test of 320 mm Davis gun,and the numerical simulation of the shell removal process was carried out by Autodyn software.By comparing the simulation results with the test results,the accuracy of the numerical simulation was verified,and the feasibility of the muzzle blocking device used in the separation test of projectile bracket was discussed.The working performance of muzzle blocking device at different initial velocities was simulated by the software.When the speed is about 100-150 m/s,the separation effect is better.The design of muzzle blocking device is reasonable,and the separation effect of projectile bracket is ideal.Reasonable muzzle blocking device can be designed according to the initial velocity,which can provide theoretical support for the development of related research.
