摘要
电的发明,对人类来讲是跨时代的发明。随着科技的不断进步,人类对电力的应用越来越深入,目前电力已经彻底融入人们的生活,现代人对电力的应用可以说是达到了一个相当高的高度,带来了巨大的便利,正因如此电力事业也迎来了巨大的挑战。窃电行为就是近年来电力事业出现的问题,一些企业单位、个人为了自身利益走上了犯罪的道路,而目前也没有一些很好的法律政策、管理方法,导致窃电行为日益猖狂,在此情况下也探索了相关的制约方案。文章就是通过对窃电行为的分析,对用电检查反窃电的关键技术与策略方针进行分析。
