摘要 目前市场中常见的雪花梨加工产品极少,主要是果汁,产品形式单一,且品质不稳定,亟待对雪花梨加工产品进行开发,以提高雪花梨的附加值,使农民增收,促进我国农业产业的发展。本文介绍了我国果汁饮料市场近年来呈高速发展的趋势,分析了雪花梨浓缩果汁的加工现状和加工中的关键控制点,并对雪花梨浓缩果汁加工业前景进行了展望,以期为相关人员提供参考。 At present,there are few common snow pear processing products in the market,mainly fruit juice.The product form is single and the quality is unstable.It is urgent to develop snow pear processing products,so as to improve the added value of snow pear,increase farmers'income and promote the development of China's agricultural industry.This article introduces the rapid development trend of Chinese fruit juice beverage market in recent years.It was analyzed that the current situation of snow juice in pear was processed,and where was the critical control point in the processing.The future of processing industry on snow juice in pear was prospected,in order to provide reference for relevant personnel.
