摘要 面对企业高质量发展要求,工会组织如何围绕中心、服务大局是工会工作面临的一项重大课题。企业工会围绕党政所需、工会所能、员工所盼,选准四项工作,推进合理化建议、创新攻关、劳动竞赛、民主监督常态化建设,着力探索创新,全面激发员工参与热情,引领员工在高质量发展的主战场迸发智慧和力量,推动工会工作更好融入中心、服务大局,实现服务员工、服务发展、服务企业目标,在特色领先企业建设中彰显作为。 For the high quality development requirements of enterprises,how to go around the center and serving the overall situation is a major issue that trade unions face.According to the needs of the party,the capability of the trade union and the expectation of employees,and by targeting four tasks,promoting the rationalization proposals,pushing technological innovation,carrying out the labor competition,establishing the normalization of democratic supervision and striving to explore innovation,the trade union of enterprises fully motivates staff participation,leads the staff to fuel wisdom and energy in the key fields of high quality development,drives the trade union in better integrating into the center and serving the general situation,achieves the goal of serving employees,serving development and serving enterprises,and displays our accomplishments in the featured leading enterprises.
