摘要
目的:观察中药封包对椎间孔镜术后疼痛及血清白介素-6(IL-6)水平的影响。方法:选取椎间孔镜术后疼痛患者64例,随机分为两组,各32例。对照组给予常规治疗;试验组在常规治疗基础上配合中药封包治疗。比较两组患者术后腰部疼痛(NRS)评分及血清IL-6表达水平。结果:试验组治疗第3、7天时NRS评分及血清IL-6水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药封包可有效缓解椎间孔镜术后疼痛,降低血清IL-6表达水平。
Objective:To observe the effect of Chinese medicine packet on postoperative pain and serum IL-6 level after foraminal endoscopy.Methods:64 patients with pain after foraminal surgery were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 32 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment.The experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine package on the basis of conventional treatment.The postoperative lumbar pain(NRS)score and serum IL-6 expression levels were compared between the two groups.Results:The NRS scores and serum IL-6 levels of the experimental group were lower than the control group on the 3rd and 7th day of treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese medicine package can effectively relieve pain after foraminal endoscopy and reduce the level of serum IL-6 expression.
