自拟五倍子汤加减熏洗坐浴联合红外线照射在混合痔术后的临床护理效果 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨自拟五倍子汤加减熏洗坐浴联合红外线照射在混合痔术后的临床护理效果。方法:选取2021年4月-2021年10月混合痔手术患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组给予常规护理;研究组在常规护理基础上采用自拟五倍子汤加减熏洗坐浴联合红外线照射。比较两组患者术后疼痛评分、创面渗液评分、创面水肿评分及临床疗效。结果:研究组术后3 d、7 d时的疼痛评分、创面渗液评分及创面水肿评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:混合痔手术患者术后采用自拟五倍子汤加减熏洗坐浴联合红外线照射,可有效减轻疼痛,促进创面愈合。 Objective:To explore the clinical nursing effect of self-made modified gallnut decoction fumigation hip bath combined with infrared irradiation after operation of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods:From April 2021 to October 2021,80 patients with mixed hemorrhoids were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing.On the basis of routine nursing,the study group used self-made modified gallnut decoction fumigation hip bath combined with infrared irradiation.We compared the postoperative pain score,wound exudation score,wound edema score and clinical effect between the two groups.Results:In the study group,the pain score,wound exudation score and wound edema score at 3 and 7 days after operation were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with mixed hemorrhoids treated with self-made modified gallnut decoction fumigation hip bath combined with infrared irradiation can effectively reduce pain and promote wound healing.
