摘要
针对内蒙古国源公司选煤厂煤泥水高泥化、难沉降的特点,在优化投加药剂方案的基础上,研究了不同煤泥水浓度下GT值对絮凝沉降效果的影响规律。研究结果表明:当煤泥水浓度不同时,投药量也不同。针对某一特定浓度的煤泥水,随着GT值的改变,其絮凝沉降效果亦出现明显差异,GT值过高,会破坏絮团的形成过程,对于本次试验对象最佳GT值应在3700左右。
According to the characteristics of high argillization and difficult sedimentation of slime water in coal preparation plant of Inner Mongolia Guoyuan Company, based on the optimization of dosing scheme, the influence of GT value on flocculation sedimentation effect under different slime water concentrations was studied. The results show that when the concentration of coal slurry is different, the dosage is also different. For a certain concentration of coal slime water, with the change of GT value, the flocculation and sedimentation effect is also significantly different. If the GT value is too high, the formation process of flocs will be destroyed. For this test object, the best GT value is about 3700.
