摘要
蓄水屋面作为一项实用的被动式蒸发冷却设计策略,其不但能改善建筑室内热环境,大大降低夏季建筑空调能耗,还能美化环境和延长屋面使用寿命。从实际应用角度来看,蓄水屋面设计应简单直接且行之有效,但现今蓄水屋面设计的室外计算参数却处于"无数可用"的状态,而该参数的准确性直接决定着蓄水屋面设计效果的优劣,上述问题让建筑师在设计过程中无从下手,也阻碍了蓄水屋面的进一步推广应用。蓄水屋面设计效果始终受到室外气候条件的影响,当室外温度过高或太阳辐射过强时无法仅凭蓄水屋面达到居住者对室内热环境的基本需求,因此需要确定蓄水屋面适用期,明确一年中在哪些日子的室外气候条件下通过采用蓄水屋面的手段就能营造出舒适的室内热环境,以合理的被动式设计促使室内外基本需求达到平衡。以带有浅色漂浮盖板的蓄水屋面为研究对象,以建立蓄水屋面设计的室外计算参数确定方法为目标,综合考虑室外真实气候条件和室内热环境需求,基于不同建筑设计阶段对室外计算参数的差异化需求,提出了蓄水屋面适用期及其相应室外计算参数的确定方法,最后得到夏热冬冷地区5个典型城市的蓄水屋面设计室外计算参数。为蓄水屋面设计和后续的建筑节能设计基础数据体系的搭建提供支撑。
As a practical passive evaporative cooling design strategy,impounded roof can not only improve the indoor thermal environment,greatly reduce the energy consumption of building air conditioning in summer,but also beautify the environment and prolong the service life of the roof.From the perspective of practical application,the design of impounded roof should be simple,direct and effective,but the outdoor calculating parameters of impounded roof design are in the state of"without available parameters",and the accuracy of this parameters determines the design result of impounded roof directly.The above problem not only make architects unable to start the design process,but also hinder the further popularization and application of impounded roof.The design result of impounded roof is always affected by outdoor climatic conditions.When the outdoor temperature is too high or the solar radiation is too strong,it is impossible to meet the basic needs of occupants for indoor thermal environment only by impounded roof.Therefore,it is necessary to determine the application period of impounded roof and specify the outdoor climate conditions on which days of the year can create a comfortable indoor thermal environment by using impounded roof,so as to promote the balance between indoor and outdoor with reasonable passive design.Taking the impounded roof with light color floating cover plate as the research object,aiming at establishing the determination method of outdoor calculating parameters of impounded roof design,comprehensively considering the outdoor real climate conditions and indoor thermal environment requirements,and based on the diversity requirements of outdoor calculating parameters in different architectural design stages,this paper puts forward the determination method of application period of impounded roof and its corresponding outdoor calculating parameters.Finally,the outdoor calculating parameters of impounded roof design in five typical cities in hot summer and cold winter zone are obtained.This study can
