摘要 针对煤矿辅助运输车辆传感器易损坏、控制系统失调的问题,设计了一款基于无速度传感器的辅助运输车辆智能调速控制系统。根据MRAS系统基本原理,采用李亚普诺夫稳定性方案对实际车速进行预测。基于LPC1788 ARM芯片搭建智能调速控制系统硬件设计方案,并完成基于RealView MDK平台的软件设计,并在实验室环境下完成小功率三相异步电动机的电压、空载、负载试验。结果表明:设计并实现的智能调速控制系统运行稳定,无失真、畸变现象,预测电动机转速输出稳定,跟随性好。 Aiming at the problems of sensor damage and control system imbalance of coal mine auxiliary transportation vehicle,an intelligent speed regulation control system of auxiliary transportation vehicle based on speed sensor is designed in this paper.According to the basic principles of the MRAS system,the Lyapunov stability scheme is used to predict the actual vehicle speed.Build the hardware design scheme of the intelligent speed control system based on the LPC1788 ARM chip,and complete the software design based on the RealView MDK platform.The voltage,noload,and load experiments of a low-power three-phase asynchronous motor were completed in a laboratory environment.The results show that the designed and implemented intelligent speed control system operates stably,without distortion and distortion,and predicts that the motor speed output is stable and has good followability.
