Objective To explore the effect of graded nursing combined with aerobic exercise in the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure. Methods Ninety patients with chronic heart failure treated in the First People’s Hospital of Shangqiu from October 2018 to March 2021 were selected as the research subjects, and a random number table method was used to divide them into two groups, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was intervened with aerobic exercise, while the observation group was intervened with graded nursing combined with aerobic exercise, and both groups were intervened for 4 weeks. The indexes of cardiac function[left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)],6-min walking distance(6MWD)and compliance were compared between the two groups before and 4 weeks after intervention. Results After 4 weeks of intervention,LVEF in both groups was higher than that before treatment, and the observation group was higher when compared with the control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of intervention,6MWD of both groups was higher than that before treatment, and the observation group was higher when compared with the control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of intervention, the compliance of the observation group was higher when compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Graded nursing combined with aerobic exercise can improve cardiac function, enhance exercise endurance and increase compliance of patients with chronic heart failure.
