摘要
通过利用PVP、PVB和KH570对铯钨青铜CsxWO3(CWO)粒子进行表面改性处理,获得了CWO功能粒子。利用FT-IR、TEM、TG对改性后的CWO粒子进行表征,通过测试其分散液的UV-Vis-NIR透过光谱以评价CWO功能粒子的近红外屏蔽性能。结果表明,改性剂成功包覆在CWO粒子表面,当PVP的质量分数为4%时,改性得到的CWO分散液具有最佳的近红外屏蔽性能,在1100 nm处的屏蔽率可达98%。说明经过PVP改性后的CWO粒子在透明隔热领域具有广阔的应用前景。
The functionalized cesium tungsten bronze CsxWO3(CWO)particles were obtained by surface modification with PVP,PVB and KH570.The obtained CWO particles were characterized by FT-IR,TEM and TG.The near-infrared(NIR)shielding performance of CWO particles was evaluated by measuring UV-Vis-NIR transmittance spectra of CWO dispersions.The results indicated that the modifiers were successfully coated on the surface of CWO particles.The CWO dispersion(4%)showed the best NIR shielding performance,and the shielding efficiency can reach 98%at 1100 nm wavelength,which demonstrates CWO particles modified with PVP possess a wide and promising application in the field of transparent heat insulation.
