摘要
浅冷油吸收法干气分离装置在连续生产过程中分离出3.4 MPa尾气25000 m^(3)/h,该股压力较高的尾气需并入0.7 MPa燃料气管网,压力降高达2.7 MPa。围绕该装置高压气体节流降压问题,参考了国内外相关技术,通过增设压力能回收装置,利用膨胀机将压力能转化为机械功,带动发电机发电,不仅降低了高压气相流体通过调节阀减压产生的能量损失,避免了管道结霜,降低的装置电耗可提高装置整体经济效益。
In the process of continuous production,tail gas of 25000 m^(3)/h with 3.4 MPa was separated in the dry gas separation unit using shallow cooling oil absorption method.The tail gas with high pressure was integrated into the 0.7 MPa fuel gas pipe network,and the pressure drop was as high as 2.7 MPa.If the tail gas was throttled and decompressed by reducing pressure regulating valve and other reducing pressure equipment,the gas temperature will decrease and frost on the outer wall of the pipeline affecting production.Around the problem of high pressure gas throttling depressurization,refer to the related technologies at home and abroad,through adding pressure energy recycling equipment,using expander to convert the pressure energy into mechanical work,to drive the generator power generation,it not only reduced the high pressure gas phase fluid energy loss produced by regulating valve decompression,avoided the pipe frost,but also improve the overall economic benefits by saving the power consumption.
