摘要
目的观察综合康复疗法治疗膝关节军事训练伤术后患者的临床疗效。方法选取2017年1月—2019年12月于北部战区总医院就诊的由于军事训练引起的膝关节损伤,并接受过膝关节镜的术后患者104例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各52例。对照组采用现代康复疗法,观察组52例采用综合康复疗法。观察治疗前后视觉疼痛模拟量表(VAS)评分、膝关节功能Lysholm评分、康复有效率、生活质量评分。结果治疗后2组患者VAS评分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组评分低于对照组;治疗后1、2、3、4周观察组Lysholm评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后康复有效率96.15%(50/52)高于对照组84.62%(44/52),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组患者生活质量评分均较治疗前改善明显(P<0.05),且观察组患者生活质量评分改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合康复疗法治疗军事训练致膝关节损伤术后患者临床效果显著,能缩短康复周期,恢复部队战斗力,降低军事训练伤致残率,解决部队官兵滞留问题。
Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on patients with knee joint injuries after military training.Methods A total of 104 postoperative patients who had undergone knee arthroscopy and suffered knee injury due to military training in North Theater General Hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table,52 cases in each group.The control group received modern rehabilitation therapy,and the observation group 52 patients received comprehensive rehabilitation therapy.The VAS pain score,knee function Lysholm score,rehabilitation efficiency and quality of life score before and after treatment were observed.Results After treatment,VAS score of 2 groups was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the score of observation group was lower than control group;Lysholm score of observation group was higher than that of control group at 1,2,3 and 4 weeks after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of rehabilitation in observation group was 96.15%(50/52)higher than that in control group(84.62%,44/52),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of quality of life in 2 groups were significantly improved compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the score of quality of life in observation group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy has a significant clinical effect on the treatment of patients with knee injury caused by military training.It can shorten the rehabilitation cycle,restore the combat effectiveness of the army,reduce the rate of military training injury and disability,and solve the problem of military officers and soldiers staying.
