摘要
工匠精神是一种职业精神,它是职业道德、职业能力、职业品质的体现,是从业者的一种职业价值取向和行为表现。地方高校应积极响应国家的号召,培育思政课教师的工匠精神,从而使他们更好地服务于大学生群体,为国家和社会的建设输送更多优秀的人才。文章主要分析地方高校思政课教师工匠精神缺失的表现和原因,并提出地方高校培育思政课教师工匠精神的策略,进而为地方高校思政课教学提供借鉴和参考。
Craftsman spirit is a kind of professional spirit,it is the embodiment of professional ethics,professional ability and professional quality,it is a professional value orientation and behavior of practitioners.Local colleges and universities should actively respond to the call of the state and cultivate the craftsman spirit of ideological and political teachers,so as to make them better serve the college students and transport more excellent talents for the construction of the country and society.This paper mainly analyzes the manifestations and causes of the lack of craftsmanship spirit of ideological and political teachers in local colleges and universities,and puts forward the strategies of cultivating craftsmanship spirit of ideological and political teachers in local colleges and universities,so as to provide reference for ideological and political teaching in local colleges and universities.
