摘要
制备尼麦角林双层渗透泵型控释制剂,并对尼麦角林双层渗透泵片进行体内药物动力学研究。通过市售尼麦角林普通片和双层渗透泵型控释片药动学比较,结果表明尼麦角林渗透泵型控释制剂符合要求,与参比制剂相比C_(max)降低,t_(max)延长,具有良好的控释效果。
The controlled release preparation of niergol double-layer osmotic pump was prepared,and the pharmacokinetics of nicergoline bilayer osmotic pump tablets in vivo was studied.The commercially available niergol tablets were selected as the reference preparation,and in vivo pharmacokinetics of niergol double osmotic pump tablets was studied.The results showed that the optimized formulation of niergol osmotic pump controlled release preparation meet the requirements.Compared with the reference preparation,C_(max) decreased and t_(max) prolonged,and had a good controlled-release effect..
