摘要
目的探讨清单式质量控制护理干预对前交通动脉瘤患者术后深静脉血栓发生率的影响。方法选取2019年6月—2020年6月在医院拟行经眉弓锁孔入路夹闭术的前交通动脉瘤患者140例,按组间基线资料匹配的原则分为对照组和观察组,每组70例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施清单式质量控制护理干预,比较两组患者术后深静脉血栓发生率、护理满意度及生活质量。结果观察组患者术后深静脉血栓发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组护理满意度、生活质量总分及各维度评分均高于对照组,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论清单式质量控制护理干预能有效降低前交通动脉瘤患者术后深静脉血栓发生率,提升护理满意度及生活质量。
Objective To explore the eff ect of checklist quality control nursing intervention on the incidence of postoperative deep vein thrombosis in patients with anterior communicating artery aneurysm.Methods To select 140 patients with anterior communicating aneurysm who were planned to undergo the clamp operation with eyebrow keyhole approach for anterior communicating artery aneurysm in the hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 as the study objects.According to the principle of matching baseline data between groups,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 70 cases in each group.The control group carried out routine nursing care,and the observation group carried out checklist quality control nursing intervention on the basis of the control group to compare the incidence of postoperative deep vein thrombosis,nursing satisfaction and quality of life between the two groups.Results The incidence of postoperative deep vein thrombosis eff ect in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),the observation group's nursing satisfaction,the total score of quality of life and the scores of all dimensions were higher than those of the control group,and the diff erences between the groups were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of checklist quality control nursing intervention can eff ectively reduce the incidence of postoperative deep vein thrombosis in patients with anterior communicating artery aneurysm,and improve nursing satisfaction and quality of life.
