摘要 心房颤动发生率与年龄呈正相关性[1-2]。心房颤动最有效的治疗方法是射频消融术,成功消融房颤可防止心肌电、结构和机械重构的发生和进展,改善左心室的功能,并防止血栓栓塞的风险。迷走神经是最长的脑神经,也是和最复杂,迷走神经及其分支不仅提供副交感神经自主神经支配,还具有运动和感觉功能[3-5]。胸心外科手术术后可能会出现迷走神经功能紊乱的情况,优质的护理对患者术后恢复有重要意义。
