摘要 四川长宁页岩气区块地层岩性变化复杂,硬度高、研磨性强,底部含有燧石,可钻性差。为了有效提升机械钻速,缩短钻井周期,建立了该地层岩石力学参数剖面,深入分析了地层岩性及可钻性变化规律,通过针对性的钻头冠部轮廓及切削齿分布设计,受力、做功、力平衡分析与优化,形成了两种针对不同层段的PDC钻头。结果表明,二开∅311.2 mm井眼机械钻速达到13 m/h,相比于同平台邻井,机械钻速提升了110%,纯钻时间节省了107%。在该模式下进行的钻头设计与应用流程,达到了提速增效的目的,对类似地层区域的个性化钻头设计具有积极的指导和借鉴意义。 The strata of Changning shale gas block in Sichuan province are characterized by complex lithologic changes,high hardness and strong abrasive property,and poor drillability due to chert at the bottom.In order to improve the ROP and shorten the drilling time,the rock mechanical parameter profile of the formation was established,and the variation law of formation lithology and drillability was analyzed.Two kinds of PDC bits aiming at different sections are formed through the analysis and optimization of force and power balance based on the design of bit crown profile and cutter distribution.And the downhole vibration of BHA was simulated and analyzed in order to guide the field application.The results show that the ROP in the second spudded in hole ∅311.2mm section was 13 m/h which is increased by 110%and the pure drilling time was decreased by 107%compared to the offset wells in the same platform.The bit design and application carried out under this mode has achieved the purpose of increasing speed and efficiency,which has positive guidance and reference significance for personalized bit design in similar stratum area.
