摘要
在社会老龄化和保障残疾人权益背景下,为了使残疾人、老年人及其他社区居民能够自主出行和参与社区活动,创造良好的老旧小区户外无障碍生活环境,本文针对江苏省老旧小区在改造和提升过程中出现的户外环境的适老化和无障碍设施设置不足等问题展开分析,进一步阐述了老旧小区户外环境的适老化及无障碍改造和提升策略,为我国老旧小区改造政策和方案的制定提供参考。
Under the background of social aging and the protection of the rights and interests of the disabled,in order to enable the disabled,the elderly and other community residents to travel independently and participate in community activities,and create a good outdoor barrier free living environment in the old community,this paper analyzes the problems of aging outdoor environment and insufficient barrier free facilities in the process of the transformation and upgrading of old residential areas in Jiangsu.This paper further elaborates the strategies for adapting to aging and barrier-free renovation and improvement of the outdoor environment of old communities,and provides references for enriching the formulation of policies and plans for the renovation of old communities in our country.
