摘要
现代产业学院是新工科建设的重要途径,根据电气工程学院的专业优势,采取多学科专业融合的方式,将自动化、测控技术与仪器等传统专业与机器人工程新工科专业融合,在政府政策的引领下,构建“1+1+X”校企合作模式,探索多元化办学体制,提出了现代机器人产业学院的组织结构、协同育人合作理念和运行机制,对现代机器人产业学院各机构组成及功能进行了阐述,并对现代机器人产业学院人才培养方式和评价方式进行了探索。
Modern Industry College is an important way for the construction of new engineering disciplines.Based on the professional advantages of the Electrical Engineering College,a multidisciplinary professional integration method was adopted to integrate traditional majors such as automation,measurement and control technology and instrumentation with the new engineering majors of robotics.Under the guidance of the policy,a“1+1+X”school-enterprise cooperation model was set up to explore a diversified school-running system,and put forward the organizational structure,collaborative education and cooperation concept and operating mechanism of the Modern Robotics Industry College together with an elaboration of the composing departments and their functions as well as an exploration of the talent training methods and evaluation methods.
