摘要
急性呼吸窘迫综合征(Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome,ARDS)是一种肺部急性炎症损伤疾病,死亡率较高。目前,ARDS患者唯一有效的治疗手段仍是机械通气治疗,其中呼气末正压(Positive End Expiratory Pressure,PEEP)在机械通气治疗中占据重要地位。现阶段,评估ARDS机械通气患者PEEP滴定的影像学方法包括电子计算机断层扫描、数字X线摄影、电阻抗断层成像、肺部超声等。本文针对影像学检查在ARDS机械通气患者PEEP滴定中的研究现状进行总结概述,有助于临床医生掌握这一技术发展现状,提高临床决策水平,促进医学技术的进步。
Acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS)is an acute inflammatory lung injury disease with high mortality.At present,the only effective treatment for ARDS is mechanical ventilation,in which positive end expiratory pressure(PEEP)plays an important role.Existing imaging methods for evaluating PEEP titration in ARDS patients with mechanical ventilation include computed tomography,digital radiography,electrical impedance tomography,and lung ultrasound.In this paper,the research status of PEEP titration in ARDS patients with mechanical ventilation was summarized,which is helpful for clinicians to grasp the development status of the technology,improve the level of clinical decision-making,and promote the progress of medical technology.
