摘要
在海南自贸港建设背景下,海南电商迎来了前所未有的发展,这对海南农民收入效应提高具有重要意义。基于海南省18个市(县)的调查数据,采用处理效应回归模型检验农村电子商务的发展对农民收入效应的影响。研究表明,农村电子商务发展显著提升了农民的收入效应。在异质性分析中,农村电子商务对不同居住地、不同销售份额及高受教育水平的农民收入效应均产生正向显著影响。采用平均处理效应进一步验证,检验结果依然稳健。基于此,提出推动农民积极参加有关电商培训课程、完善农村地区宽带业务、优化物流环境等对策建议。
Under the background of Hainan Free Trade Port construction,Hainan e-commerce has ushered in an unprecedented development opportunity,which is important for the improvement of the income effect of farmers in Hainan Province.On the basis of survey data of eighteen cities and counties in Hainan Province,a treatment effects regression model was used to test the effect of the development of rural e-commerce on farmers'income effects.The research shows that the development of rural e-commerce has significantly improved the income effect of farmers.In the heterogeneity analysis,rural e-commerce has a significant positive impact on the income effect of farmers with different residences,different sales shares and high-level education.The average treatment effect is used for further verification,and the test results are still stable.Based on this,some policy suggestions are put forward,such as promoting farmers to attend e-commerce training courses actively,improving broadband business in rural areas and optimizing logistics environment.
