旋压皮带轮疲劳安全因子的研究

摘要 应用极限应力图导出了塑性零件同时存在弯曲变形和剪切变形时的疲劳安全工作范围和复合应力状态下的疲劳安全因子计算公式;接着借助有限元技术计算了某一工况下旋压皮带轮的疲劳安全因子并研究一定旋转速度范围内,皮带轮疲劳安全因子的变化规律。结果表明:皮带轮在复杂应力状态下,在椭圆疲劳安全工作范围内,随转速提高而提高,复合疲劳安全因子最小为1.708,最大为1.835,均在许用综合疲劳安全因子范围内,其疲劳寿命安全。旋压皮带轮疲劳寿命安全因子计算结果,能够用来判断皮带轮是否发生疲劳失效,对皮带轮安全工作具有重要意义。 The fatigue safety working range of the plastic parts and the fatigue safety factor formula were deduced under the bending deformation and shear deformation by the limit stress diagram.Then the fatigue safety factor of the spinning pulley under a certain working condition were calculated through the finite element technique and the changing rule of fatigue safety factor of the pulley was studied under the certain rotational speed range. The results show that the fatigue safety working range of pulley in the complex stress state is elliptical,improve with the increase in speed,the minimal comprehensive fatigue safety factor of S is1.708 and the maximum is 1.835,which are within the allowable comprehensive fatigue safety factor range,the fatigue life of the pulley is safety.The calculation result of the fatigue life safety factor of the spinning pulley can be used to judge whether the pulley produce fatigue failure,which is of great significance for the safe operation of the pulley.
