摘要 从热特性这一角度,综述了电池产热机理、热相关特性和容量衰减与温度之间相互的影响,并总结了风冷、液冷和相变冷却对电池散热效果的优势与不足。分析结果表明,成批电池组的使用导致热量积聚效应,高温促使电池性能衰减严重并可能会引发安全问题;分析得出目前电池主流散热方式为液冷,通过改变液冷散热结构和研发散热介质,不仅可以达到良好的散热效果,而且可以通过不断优化改进,使其具有广阔的应用潜力。 This article reviews the battery heat generation mechanism,heat-related characteristics and the mutual influence of capacity decay and temperature in term of thermal characteristics,and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of air cooling,liquid cooling and phase change cooling on the heat dissipation effect of the battery.The analysis results show that the use of batches of battery packs leads to heat accumulation effects,and high temperature causes serious degradation of battery performance and may cause safety problems;the analysis concludes that the current mainstream heat dissipation method of batteries is liquid cooling,and the change of liquid cooling structure and developing heat dissipation medium not only can achieve a good heat dissipation effect,but also has a broad application potential through continuous optimization and improvement.
