2017—2019年洛阳市涧西区8~10岁学龄儿童和孕妇尿碘监测结果分析 被引量:5

Analysis on 2017—2019 monitoring results of urinary iodine in 8-10 years old school-age children and pregnant women in Jianxi District,Luoyang

摘要 目的了解2017—2019年洛阳市涧西区重点人群的碘营养状态,为制定预防碘缺乏病方案提供科学依据。方法随机抽取东、西、南、北、中5个方位所在的社区共938名8~10岁学龄儿童和孕妇,进行尿碘检测。结果2017—2019年涧西区共采集8~10岁学龄儿童和孕妇尿样938份,各年尿碘中位数分别为193、155、156μg/L。其中,尿碘值为0~19μg/L的有12人,占1.3%;尿碘值为20~49μg/L的有56人,占6.0%;尿碘值为50~99μg/L的有148人,占15.8%;尿碘值为100~199μg/L的有364人,占38.8%;尿碘值为200~299μg/L的199人,占21.2%。分布于100~299μg/L的占60.0%。<100μg/L和>300μg/L的分别占23.1%和16.9%。8~10岁学龄儿童、孕妇尿碘中位数分别为169、159μg/L,前者尿碘值为100~299μg/L的共有381人,占60.0%;后者尿碘值集中在100~299μg/L,为242份,占60.1%。结论2017—2019年洛阳市涧西区8~10岁学龄儿童的碘营养水平总体上处于适应水平,但孕妇的碘营养水平略偏低。学龄儿童和孕妇均面临碘摄入不足和过量的双重风险。 Objective To understand the iodine nutritional status of key population in Jianxi District,Luoyang,and to provide the scientific basis for the development of solutions to prevent iodine deficiency diseases.Methods Nine hundred and thirty eight 8-10 years old school-age children and pregnant women were randomly collected from five directions of the community involving the east,west,south,north,and center for urine iodine testing.Results A total of 938 urine samples of 8-10 years old school-age children and pregnant women in Jianxi District from 2017 to 2019 were determined,the median of iodine in urine of all urine samples were 193μg/L,155μg/L and 156μg/L respectively.Wherein,there were 12 cases with urinary iodine valued in 0-19μg/L,accounting for 1.3%;56 cases with the urinary iodine valued in 20-49μg/L,accounting for 6.0%;148 cases with the urinary iodine valued in 50-99μg/L,accounting for 15.8%;364 cases with urinary iodine valued in 100-199μg/L,accounting for 38.8%;and 199 cases with urinary iodine valued in 200-299μg/L,accounting for 21.2%.The cases distributed ranging from 100-299μg/L accounted for 60.0%,and the cases with the urinary iodine valued in<100μg/L and>300μg/L accounted for 23.1%and 16.9%respectively.The median of iodine in urine of 8-10 years old school-age children and pregnant women were 169μg/L and 159μg/L respectively,there were 381 cases(60.0%)of the former with the urinary iodine valued in 100-299μg/L;and there were 242 cases(60.1%)of the later with the urinary iodine valued in 100-299μg/L.Conclusion The iodine nutrition level of 8-10 years old school-age children in Jianxi District,Luoyang from 2017 to 2019 is overall adaptive,but the iodine nutritional level of pregnant women is mildly lower.Both the school-age children and pregnant women face dual risks involving iodine deficiency and excess.
