摘要
微视频案例教学作为一种较为新颖的实践教学方法,成为提升高等院校资产评估专业课程教学质量的新兴手段。文章以文献研究为基础,归纳资产评估微视频案例教学的意义、现状和瓶颈,并以初步尝试开展微视频案例教学的成效与反馈为核心,对首都经济贸易大学资产评估专业试点课程的微视频案例教学情况进行问卷调查和统计分析;在此基础上,探索将资产评估案例的视频化与微型化应用于专业课程实践教学的有效路径,并进一步提出资产评估专业课程微视频案例教学及案例库建设的操作方案与对策建议。
As a novel practical teaching method,micro-video case teaching method has become a new means to improve the teaching quality of assets valuation courses.Based on literature research,this paper firstly analyses the significance,current situation and bottleneck of micro-video case teaching method.Secondly,it makes a questionnaire survey and statistical analysis on the pilot course of assets valuation major in Capital University of Economics and Business,focusing on the effectiveness and feedback of the initial attempt to carry out micro-video case teaching.Finally,this paper explores the effective path of applying micro-video case teaching method,and puts forward the operation scheme of case base construction of assets valuation courses.
