摘要 对女性孕期健身运动的行为特点进行探索,深入挖掘行为实施过程中的痛点及需求点,进而提出指导孕期健身产品的设计方法。研究以用户行为分析为理论基础,通过访谈法与观察法对用户行为进行定性研究,建立用户行为测量模型,并结合SPSS统计分析法对收集到的模型数据进行定量实证。最终得出三类行为族群作为研究方向,指导产品的功能设计。基于孕妇健身行为分析的孕期健身产品设计,能够进一步细分健身市场,提升孕妇群体在孕期健身过程中的良好体验,也有助于开拓孕期保健的新思路,带动先导性消费市场。 It explores the behavioral characteristics of female fitness exercises during pregnancy,deeply digs out the pain points and demand points in the process of behavior implementation,and then proposes the design methods for guiding fitness products during pregnancy.The research is based on user behavior analysis,qualitatively researches user behavior through interviews and observation methods,establishes user behavior measurement models,and combines SPSS statistical analysis to quantitatively demonstrate the collected model data.Finally,three behavioral groups are drawn as research directions to guide the functional design of products.The design of fitness products for pregnant women based on the analysis of fitness behaviors during pregnancy can further segment the fitness market,improve the good experience of pregnant women in the process of fitness during pregnancy,and also help to develop new ideas for pregnancy health care and drive the pioneering consumer market.
