摘要
近年来随着分子诊断技术的发展,病毒性肺炎在社区获得性肺炎中所占的比例越来越高。膜联蛋白A2(ANXA2)是一种钙离子依赖的膜结构相关磷脂结合蛋白,在多种呼吸道病毒感染宿主的过程中起重要作用。ANXA2参与的血管内皮稳态调节与肺损伤的发生相关。此外,ANXA2还能介导单核细胞和巨噬细胞的激活,参与炎症反应的调控。ANXA2通过多种途径在呼吸道病毒感染肺部的过程和炎症反应中发挥重要作用,因此可成为病毒性肺炎治疗的潜在靶点。ANXA2抑制剂则有望成为病毒性肺炎抗病毒治疗的新策略。
With the development of molecular diagnostic technology in recent years,viral pneumonia is discovered to account for an increasing proportion of community-acquired pneumonia.Annexin A2(ANXA2)is a Ca^(2+)-dependent membrane structure-associated phospholipid binding protein,which plays an important role in the host infection process of various respiratory viruses.The homeostasis of vascular endothelium involving ANXA2 is related to the occurrence of lung injury.Besides,ANXA2 can mediate the activation of monocytes and macrophages,and participate in the regulation of inflammatory response.ANXA2 plays an important role in the process of respiratory virus infection of the lungs and inflammatory response through a variety of ways,which makes ANXA2 a potential target for the treatment of viral pneumonia.ANXA2 inhibitors are expected to become a new option for antiviral treatment of viral pneumonia in the future.
