海上船舶识别监测系统设计及示范应用

摘要 海上船舶的通行安全与规范管理十分重要,而在复杂环境下对海上或出入港船舶的精准识别并据此做出的决策行为是其中的关键环节。基于此,本文构建了面向海上船舶识别的海上智能系统。该智能系统集成智能图像处理组件,对区域内出现的船舶类型进行监测,可智能识别非法捕捞船等异常目标,并可实现相关样本制作、模型训练/测试及识别结果分析与共享等多种功能。 The safety and standard management of offshore ships are extremely important,and the precise identification of offshore ships or in and out of ports and the decisions made accordingly in this complex environment are the key links.Based on this,this paper proposes to construct an intelligent system for marine ship identification,which integrates intelligent image processing components to monitor the ship types appearing in the area,it can intelligently identify anomaly targets such as illegal fishing ships,and realize various functions such as relevant sample production,model training or testing,and identification results analysis and sharing.
