摘要 乡村振兴的核心在于人才振兴,人才振兴的关键在于乡村教育的发展,发展乡村教育的内核在于帮助师范生树立乡村教师职业理想信念。襄阳职业技术学院师范学院特殊教育学院小学教育专业1906班将红色文化教育融入思想政治建设、专业建设、实践活动,助力乡村教师职业理想信念的形成,有效地培养了师范生的乡土情怀、责任意识和教育实践能力。 The core of rural revitalization lies in the revitalization of talents,the key to the revitalization of talents lies in the development of rural education,and the development of rural education is to help normal university students establish the professional ideal and faith of rural teachers.Class 1906 of Primary Education major of Xiangyang Polytechnic integrates red culture education into ideological and political construction,professional construction and practical activities,which helps the formation of professional ideal and faith of rural teachers,and effectively cultivates the local feelings,responsibility consciousness and educational practice ability of normal college students.
