交错并联功率因数校正变换器的设计与实现

摘要 随着大型电力和民用电子设备的广泛使用,电网传输系统内部的谐波污染现象愈发严重。采用交错并联功率因数校正(Power Factor Correction,PFC)技术可以很好地改善电能质量,并有效改善纹波和提高装置效率,适合用于高频大功率的功率因数校正装置。分析交错并联功率因数校正装置的工作原理,通过小信号建模得到变换器输入与输出的传递函数,同时介绍了系统硬件参数设计,在此基础上制作了一台功率为1 kW、开关频率为70 kHz的样机。实验结果表明,该设计能够实现交流侧高功率因数,直流输出电压纹波小、动态响应好,具有一定的可行性。 With the widespread use of large scale power and civil electronic equipment,the phenomenon of harmonic pollution within the grid transmission system has become more and more serious.The use of interleaved parallel Power Factor Correction(PFC)technology can well improve power quality,effectively improve ripple and device efficiency,and is suitable for high frequency and high power power factor correction devices.The working principle of the interleaved parallel power factor correction device is analyzed,and the transfer function of the converter input and output is obtained through small signal modeling.At the same time,the system hardware parameter design is introduced.On this basis,a power factor of 1 kW and a switching frequency of 70 kHz prototype is made.Experimental results show that the design can achieve high power factor on the AC side,small DC output voltage ripple,and good dynamic response,which is feasible.
