摘要
新生代农民工作为农民工返乡创业主体,其成功创业对乡村振兴发展具有重要价值。基于机会与资源的视角,构建新生代农民工返乡创业理论模型,深入探讨新生代农民工返乡创业能力、模式与路径。研究发现,机会与资源是影响返乡创业的两大关键创业要素;依据机会与资源要素差异,分别存在四种不同类型的返乡创业能力、创业模式与创业路径:丰裕型新生代农民工应选择现代工业并遵循双轮驱动型路径返乡创业,机会型新生代农民工应选择新型农业并遵循机会拉动型路径返乡创业,资源型新生代农民工应选择乡村旅游业并遵循资源推动型路径返乡创业,欠缺型新生代农民工应选择居民消费业并遵循双需发掘型路径返乡创业。因此,为推动新生代农民工成功返乡创业,提出新生代返乡农民工应按照创业能力选择创业模式与创业路径,根据机会与资源禀赋差异提升相应的创业能力,政府部门应完善返乡创业政策以加大其创业能力培育力度的对策建议。
The new-generation migrant workers have become the main body of migrant workers returning home to start their own business,and their successful entrepreneurship is of great value to the revitalization and development of rural areas.Based on the perspectives of opportunities and resources,the study constructed a theoretical model and deeply discussed entrepreneurial ability,model and path of the new-generation migrant workers.It was found that opportunities and resources were the two key factors that influenced the returning home entrepreneurship.There were four kinds of entrepreneurial ability,model and path,according to different opportunities and resource factors:the abundant new-generation migrant workers should choose modern industry and follow the'two wheel'driven path;the opportunistic new-generation migrant workers should choose modern agriculture and follow the opportunity driven path;the resource-based migrant workers should choose rural tourism and follow the resource driven path;the deficient migrant workers should choose consumer industry and follow the'dual needs'path for returning home entrepreneurship.Consequently,relevant suggestions were put forward that the new-generation migrant workers should choose their entrepreneurial model and path,according to their entrepreneurial ability and improve their corresponding entrepreneurial ability,according to the difference of opportunity and resource endowment.Moreover,the government departments should strengthen the cultivation of entrepreneurial ability of the new-generation migrant workers by improving the return entrepreneurship policies.
