摘要
叶片/叶轮是汽轮机组中的重要零件,其结构强度对整个机组的安全可靠性起着决定性的作用。由于实际加工过程中存在不可避免的加工偏差,导致实际零件尺寸与理论尺寸存在差异,必须对偏差部件导致的叶片强度风险进行分析及进行必要的设计调整。文章基于某汽轮机末叶片,结合实际出现的加工偏差,提出一种偏差部件复用的设计解决方案,对理想无偏差结构及该偏差复用方案进行有限元强度计算及对比,结果表明采用了该复用设计方案的叶片/叶轮在部分区域应力稍有增加,但整体仍符合强度设计要求,满足加工偏差转子复用的条件。
Turbine blade/impeller are the important components in turbine engine unit,whose structural strength provides significant effect on the whole engine unit reliability.During the real component manufacturing,manufacture error is evitable occurred which cause different dimension with the ideal design dimension.The blade/impeller strength risk need to be analyzed and design adjustion is probably needed.Based on a turbine end blade with real manufacture error,a design solution is proposed which can re-use the deviated component.FEM strength analysis is done between the ideal structure and the re-use solution.The results indicate:even the regional strength on the blade/impeller is increased for the re-use solution,but the design still meets the strength requirement which indicates the re-use design solution is feasible.
