摘要
“贵在精准,重在精准,成败之举在于精准”是习近平总书记对扶贫开发工作提出的要求,也是做好学生资助工作的基本遵循。经济困难学生的精准认定是高校精准资助工作的前提和基础,同时也是亟待解决的难点。利用层次分析法确定家庭经济困难学生认定指标,构建认定模型,明确指标之间的权重,最后赋值验证。减少人为因素对家庭经济困难学生认定工作的影响,找到真正需要帮助的学生,资助其顺利完成学业,切实做到应助尽助。建立一套适合江苏学生实际的家庭经济困难学生认定体系,指标定量化最大程度上减少了人为因素的干扰和影响,有效推动了精准资助,促进了教育公平,助力全面建成小康社会。
“Precision is the most important thing, and precision is the key to success and failure”is the re-quirement of General Secretary Xi Jinping for poverty alleviation and development work, and also the basic guide-line for doing a good job in student financial aid work. The accurate identification of students from poor families is the premise and foundation of accurate funding work in colleges and universities. It is also a difficult problem to be solved. The hierarchical analysis method is used to identify the identification index of students with poor families, build the identification model, clarify the weight among the indicators, and finally assign value verification, so as to reduce human factors on the identification of students with economic difficulties, fund them to complete their studies smoothly, and effectively help the students who really needs help. It is necessary to establish an identification system for students with poor families that is suitable for Jiangsu students. The Index quantification can minimize the interference and influence of human factors, effectively promote precise funding and education equity, and help complete the building of a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way.
