摘要
硕曲河去学水电站位于青藏高原东南缘,地跨四川云南两省。由于其地理位置独特,地质构造复杂,具备发生水库地震的条件。根据国家相关法律规定,硕曲河去学水电站应建设永久性专业地震监测台网,用以监测库区内地震活动情况。本文从台网勘选设计、台站设备、台网功能等方面介绍了硕曲河去学水电站地震监测系统的基本情况。该台网建成后,去学水电站库坝区内地震监测能力达到M_(L)≥1.0,重点监测区内地震监测能力可达M_(L)≥0.5,加强了水电站的地震监测能力,实现了实时捕捉库区有影响的地震活动,保障了水库的安全。
The Shuoqu River Quxue Hydropower Station is located at the southeastern margin of the Tibetan Plat-eau,across Sichuan and Yunnan provinces.The station has conditions for reservoir-induced earthquakes due to its unique geographical location and complex geological structures.According to relevant national laws,the station should build a permanent network of professional seismic monitoring stations to monitor seismic activity within the reservoir area.This paper introduces basic situation of the seismic monitoring system of the Shuoquhe Quxue Hydropower Station from the aspects of the survey and selection design,station equipment and network functions.After the completion of the network,the seismic monitoring capacity in the reservoir area of Quxue Hydropower Station reaches M_(L)≥1.0,and the seismic monitoring capacity in the key monitoring area reaches M_(L)≥0.5,which has great progress in the three aspects such as strengthening the seismic monitoring capacity of the hydropower station,achieving the real-time capture of reservoir-area-affected seismic activity dynamics,and ensuring the safe operation and maintenance of the reservoir.
