摘要
目的探究健康教育对妊娠期糖尿病患者生活方式及血糖控制的影响。方法选取2018年2月至2020年2月康平县人民医院诊治的90例妊娠期糖尿病患者为研究对象,将患者按照其姓氏拼音首字母先后顺序编号,依据随机数字表法,随机将其分为A组和B组(每组45例)。B组采取常规护理措施,A组在B组基础上开展健康教育,评估护理模式对患者生活方式的影响,比较血糖控制情况。结果A组定期监测血糖、适当运动、严格控制饮食、监测体质量占比均高于B组,P<0.05;两组护理前空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPBG)组间比较,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05,护理后两组血糖水平低于护理前,P<0.05,组间比较A组低于B组,P<0.05。结论在妊娠期糖尿病患者的临床护理中,实施健康教育能够调节患者生活方式,提高患者血糖控制效果,值得应用。
Objective:To explore the effect of health education on lifestyle and blood glucose control in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods:A total of 90 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus treated in Kangping County People's Hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were numbered according to the first letter of their surname,according to the random number table method,they were randomly divided into two groups-group A and group B(45 cases in each group).group B received routine nursing measures,and group A received health education on the basis of group B.The effect of nursing mode on lifestyle was evaluated and blood glucose control was compared.Results:The proportion of regular blood glucose monitoring,proper exercise,strict diet control and weight monitoring in group A was higher than that in group B,P<0.05;there was no significant difference in fasting blood glucose(FBG)and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2hPBG)between the two groups before nursing,P>0.05,and the blood glucose level of two groups after nursing was lower than that before nursing,P<0.05,and that of group A was lower than that of group B,P<0.05.Conclusion:In the clinical nursing of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus,the implementation of health education can adjust the lifestyle of patients and improve the effect of blood glucose control,which is worthy of recommendation.
