摘要
目的对在乳腺癌患者术后康复护理中应用互动达标理论的康复效果及影响进行探究。方法选择本院收治的乳腺癌患者106例作为本次研究纳入的研究对象,随机将其划分为常规护理组(n=53)和互动达标组(n=53)。采用常规护理模式对常规护理组予以护理,采用互动达标护理对互动达标组予以护理。对比两组患者的护理效果。结果互动达标组患者的焦虑、抑郁评分明显低于常规护理组患者,生活质量评分明显高于常规护理组(P<0.05)。结论在乳腺癌患者的术后康复护理中应用互动达标理论可以有效缓解患者的不良情绪,并且改善患者的生活质量。
Objective:To explore the effect of interactive standard theory on postoperative rehabilitation nursing of breast cancer patients.Methods:106 breast cancer patients admitted to our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study,and they were randomly divided into routine nursing group(n=53)and interactive standard group(n=53).Routine nursing mode was adopted for routine nursing group,and interactive standard nursing was adopted for interactive standard nursing group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The score of anxiety and depression in the interactive standard group was significantly lower than that in the conventional nursing group,and the score of quality of life was significantly higher than that in the conventional nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of interactive standard theory in postoperative rehabilitation nursing of breast cancer patients can effectively relieve patients'bad emotions and improve their quality of life.
