摘要
目的分析自拟功血汤对于功能性子宫出血(DUB)的治疗效果。方法选取2018年9月—2020年4月在该院就诊的DUB患者260例,以随机法分组,A组132例予以自拟功血汤治疗,B组128例予以常规西医治疗,对比治疗效果。结果A组总有效率为96.21%,B组为85.16%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.480,P=0.002)。治疗前对比中医症状积分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后A组积分更低,与B组数据对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的性激素与子宫内膜厚度(EST)值对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,A组数据优于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组控制止血时间为(15.86±2.68)h,B组为(24.59±5.17)h;A组完全止血时间为(35.69±7.32)h,B组为(57.46±8.57)h,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为DUB患者实行自拟功血汤治疗可调节性激素与EST水平,且能消退症状,尽快止血,疗效确切。
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of self-made Gongxue decoction on functional uterine bleeding(abbreviated DUB).Methods A total of 260 DUB patients admitted to the hospital from September 2018 to April 2020 were selected,based on the random method,132 cases in group A were treated with self-made Gongxue decoction,128 cases in group B were treated with conventional Western medicine.Compare treatment effects.Results The total effective rate of group A was 96.21%,and the group B was 85.16%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.480,P=0.002).There was no statistically significant difference in TCM symptom scores before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the score of group A was lower than that of group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in sex hormones and endometrial thickness(EST)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the data of group A was better than that of group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The control hemostatic time of group A was(15.86±2.68)h,and that of group B was(24.59±5.17)h;the complete hemostasis time of group A was(35.69±7.32)h,and that of group B was(57.46±8.57)h,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implement self-made Gongxue decoction for DUB patients to treat adjustable sex hormones and EST levels,and can subside symptoms,stop bleeding as soon as possible,and have a definite effect.
