某煤气化装置配储煤系统改造设计优化方案 被引量:1

摘要 某公司煤气化装置现有配储煤设施(系统)自动化程度低,配比精度差,且存在一定的安全隐患,严重制约了煤气化装置的生产运行。分析了该煤气化装置的现状情况和迫切需求,提出改造优化措施并新建配煤筒仓等配套设施的方案,在实现科学有效合理地配比原料煤的同时,不仅提高了原料煤炭的储存量,改善了作业环境,而且保证了煤气化装置的稳定运行。 The existing coal blending and storage facility(system)of a company’s coal gasification plant has low level of automation,poor blending ac-curacy,and certain level of safety risks,which are significant constraints for the operation of the coal gasification plant.The current status of the coal gasi-fication plant and the urgent need are analyzed to propose a scheme for optimizing measures and new bunkers and other associated facilities for coal blend-ing,which will enable efficient and proper blending of feed coal,while increasing the storage capacity for the feed coal,improving the working environ-ment,and ensuring stable operation of the coal gasification plant.
